WordCamp is an international informal conference covering everything related to WordPress. Annually there are several conferences in different countries. WordCamp is hosted by the local WordPress community to share ideas and get to know each other.

The WordCamp conference is non-commercial. The content of the events is firmly aimed at the use and development of WordPress. WordCamp conferences do not tolerate discrimination. Regardless of the level of knowledge of WordPress, users, developers, designers and other enthusiasts will feel welcome.

The main reason that people visit WordCamp is the opportunity to learn from other users face to face. At many conferences, a bulletin board is created, with which WordCamp visitors have the opportunity to find new employees and meet potential employers, leave a job offer and receive information about vacancies.

At its core, every WordCamp is a large annual meeting of the local WordPress Meetup group, to which speakers from other countries and cities are invited. It is widely recognized that participating in WordCamp is one of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to do anything for the WordPress community. Every WordCamp is organized by volunteers under the supervision of the WordPress Foundation. Speakers and organizers are volunteers.
